The welcome hour
Iced lattes and matcha as guests arrive — the alternative to a signature cocktail for a daytime ceremony.
A wedding coffee bar is the station guests keep going back to once the dancing starts. Bidaya brings the cart, the barista and a menu printed for the two of you.
Takes 30 seconds. No commitment.

Every review Bidaya has ever received is a five.
Vanilla, strawberry, brown sugar cinnamon, cardamom.
Signature drinks and artwork matched to your event.
Fully self-contained cart. We bring everything.
Bidaya Coffee provides a wedding coffee bar across Dallas-Fort Worth — a staffed mobile espresso cart with a custom menu and a signature drink for the couple — rated 5.0 across 22 Google reviews.
Three moments it fits: the welcome, the reception, and the late-night stretch.
There are three places a coffee cart earns its keep at a wedding. The welcome hour, when guests are arriving and want something in their hand. The reception, as an alternative to the bar for the guests who are driving, pregnant or simply not drinking. And the last hour, when a hot latte or a Dutch hot chocolate is the thing that keeps people on the floor.
The menu is the personal part. Bidaya prints a custom menu for the day — a signature drink for the bride and one for the groom is the usual split, with artwork matched to the invitations. A strawberry matcha for one, a brown sugar cinnamon latte for the other, and the espresso, chai and hot chocolate underneath for everyone else.
One DFW couple's review said it best: the matcha was gone in minutes, and the brown sugar and salted maple coffee were a hit. The cart sets up in about an hour, needs only a spot and power, and leaves the venue as it found it.

The most common booking is the reception through to send-off, so the cart is there when guests want a warm drink after dinner and again when they want one before the drive home. Some couples book the welcome hour instead, especially for a morning or brunch ceremony, where iced matcha and lattes replace mimosas for half the room.
Tell us the run of the day and Jannah will suggest the window that covers the moments that matter, rather than paying for hours when everyone is seated for dinner.
The same cart works for the events around the wedding. A bridal shower with iced matcha and a signature drink named for the bride; an engagement party or mehndi night with chai lattes served to order; a rehearsal brunch with proper espresso. Each gets its own printed menu.
Bidaya has served weddings, baby showers, birthdays and graduations across Dallas-Fort Worth since December 2024, so the cart has been in ballrooms, backyards, hotel lobbies and studio floors already.

A second station beside the bar for the guests who are driving, expecting, or just want a latte.
Hot lattes and Dutch hot chocolate for the last hour on the dance floor and the send-off.

It is priced per event, based on guest count, the hours of service and the menu you choose — there is no fixed package price to quote blind. Send your date, venue and headcount through the quote form and Jannah will reply with a price, usually the same day.
Yes — it is the part couples remember. Most menus carry one drink for each of you, named and printed with artwork that matches the day, with the full espresso, matcha, chai and hot chocolate menu underneath.
Yes. It needs a level surface and access to power; for a summer reception in DFW it also needs shade. Tell us the venue and Jannah will plan the placement and the load-in.
A level spot for the cart to stand and access to power. The espresso machine, grinder, syrups, milk, cups and the barista all arrive with us, so there is nothing for the venue's kitchen to do. Setup takes about an hour, and we plan the load-in around your parking and access.
Wedding coffee bar is available across the whole Dallas-Fort Worth service area: Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Garland, Grand Prairie, Denton, Carrollton, Lewisville, Flower Mound and every other city we serve.
Send the date and the venue. You’ll get availability, a quote and a menu built for your event — usually the same day.
