Weddings and receptions
A chai station beside the espresso, with a signature chai named for the couple.
A chai cart is one of the most-searched drink stations in Dallas-Fort Worth, and most of the carts that turn up are chai only. Bidaya pours chai lattes to order from a cart that also serves espresso, matcha and hot chocolate.
Takes 30 seconds. No commitment.

Every review Bidaya has ever received is a five.
Vanilla, strawberry, brown sugar cinnamon, cardamom.
Signature drinks and artwork matched to your event.
Fully self-contained cart. We bring everything.
Bidaya Coffee serves chai lattes, hot or iced and made to order, from its mobile cart at weddings and events across Dallas-Fort Worth — rated 5.0 across 22 Google reviews.
Made to order for each guest, hot or iced, with the rest of the menu beside it.
Chai at events usually means a pump dispenser of pre-mixed concentrate that has been sitting since setup. On the Bidaya cart a chai latte is made when the guest orders it — steamed or iced, with whole or oat milk — and served next to lattes, matcha and Dutch hot chocolate from the same barista.
The house syrups are the detail that makes it Bidaya's. Cardamom brown sugar is made in house and sits on the cart alongside vanilla, strawberry and brown sugar cinnamon, so a guest who wants a spiced, sweeter cup can have one.
Because the cart is the same one that does every other Bidaya event, a chai cart booking comes with everything: the barista, the machine, the cups, a printed menu and setup in about an hour anywhere in DFW.

Chai is the drink that gets requested by name at South Asian and Middle Eastern weddings, engagements, mehndi nights and showers across DFW, and it is the drink older guests are happiest to see. A chai cart at the reception gives the evening a second station beside the bar, and the cart's printed menu can carry a signature chai named for the couple.
It works just as well at a baby shower or a graduation. Bidaya has served all of these across Dallas-Fort Worth since December 2024, and chai has been on the menu for every one of them.
The advantage of a cart that does both is that no guest has to choose between the drink they want and the station that is open. A chai cart that also pours real espresso covers the whole room — the aunties get their chai, the groomsmen get a double-shot latte, the kids get hot chocolate.
For corporate and community events the same logic applies: one cart, one barista, and a menu wide enough that nobody walks away.
A chai station beside the espresso, with a signature chai named for the couple.
Hot chai for an evening event, served to order rather than poured from a dispenser.
Iced chai lattes for a daytime shower, next to the iced matcha.
A cart that keeps a long line moving with chai, lattes and hot chocolate.
Markets, fundraisers and community days where chai is the drink people expect.
A chai latte option for teams where not everyone drinks coffee.

Each chai latte is made to order on the cart, hot or iced, with whole or oat milk. Nothing sits pre-mixed in a dispenser.
It can lead the menu with chai, but the espresso, matcha and hot chocolate travel with it regardless — most hosts keep them on so every guest has a drink.
It is priced per event, based on guest count, the hours of service and the menu you choose — there is no fixed package price to quote blind. Send your date, venue and headcount through the quote form and Jannah will reply with a price, usually the same day.
A level spot for the cart to stand and access to power. The espresso machine, grinder, syrups, milk, cups and the barista all arrive with us, so there is nothing for the venue's kitchen to do. Setup takes about an hour, and we plan the load-in around your parking and access.
Chai cart is available across the whole Dallas-Fort Worth service area: Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Garland, Grand Prairie, Denton, Carrollton, Lewisville, Flower Mound and every other city we serve.
Send the date and the venue. You’ll get availability, a quote and a menu built for your event — usually the same day.
