Corporate mornings
Client events, open houses, launches and appreciation days where the coffee should be in the room.
The difference between a mobile espresso bar and a coffee station is the machine. Bidaya's cart carries a commercial espresso machine and grinder, so every latte is a proper shot pulled to order, not a pod.
Takes 30 seconds. No commitment.

Every review Bidaya has ever received is a five.
Vanilla, strawberry, brown sugar cinnamon, cardamom.
Signature drinks and artwork matched to your event.
Fully self-contained cart. We bring everything.
Bidaya Coffee operates a mobile espresso bar across Dallas-Fort Worth — a self-contained espresso cart with a commercial machine, grinder and barista — rated 5.0 across 22 Google reviews.
Commercial equipment, fresh-ground beans and a barista who pours latte art — that is the whole difference.
Plenty of caterers will put out coffee. A mobile espresso bar is a different thing: a commercial espresso machine and grinder on a cart, beans ground for each shot, milk steamed for each cup and latte art poured on top. Guests taste the difference immediately, and they see it, which is why the cart draws a line where an airpot does not.
Bidaya's espresso cart is fully self-contained. It rolls into a ballroom, an office lobby, a studio, a school or a backyard, needs a spot to stand and a power outlet, and is ready to serve about an hour after arrival. The venue's kitchen is never involved.
The menu goes beyond espresso without leaving the cart: matcha lattes, chai lattes and Dutch hot chocolate are on the same printed menu, hot or iced, with whole or oat milk and the house-made syrups.

Offices book the espresso bar for the mornings that matter: a client event, an open house, a staff appreciation day, a launch. A barista pulling shots in the lobby keeps people in the building and gives the morning a centre. Bidaya has served open houses and appreciation mornings for studios and schools across DFW, and the format is the same for an office.
The service window is built around the agenda. A two-hour welcome window before a conference session looks different from an all-morning open house, and Jannah will suggest the one that fits.
At a wedding the espresso bar is the late-evening station — a proper latte after dinner, a hot chocolate for the kids, and a signature drink for the couple printed on the menu. At a birthday or a shower it is the reason the party has a queue that people are happy to stand in.
Whichever event it is, the cart arrives with everything, sets up in about an hour and leaves the venue as it found it.

Hot and iced lattes with latte art, matcha lattes, chai lattes and Dutch hot chocolate. The syrups are made in house — vanilla, strawberry, brown sugar cinnamon and cardamom brown sugar — and both whole and oat milk are on the cart.
It is priced per event, based on guest count, the hours of service and the menu you choose — there is no fixed package price to quote blind. Send your date, venue and headcount through the quote form and Jannah will reply with a price, usually the same day.
Both. Indoors it needs a level spot and a power outlet; outdoors it needs the same plus shade in a Texas summer. The cart has served ballrooms, lobbies, studio floors, a school banquet and backyards across DFW.
A level spot for the cart to stand and access to power. The espresso machine, grinder, syrups, milk, cups and the barista all arrive with us, so there is nothing for the venue's kitchen to do. Setup takes about an hour, and we plan the load-in around your parking and access.
Mobile espresso bar is available across the whole Dallas-Fort Worth service area: Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Garland, Grand Prairie, Denton, Carrollton, Lewisville, Flower Mound and every other city we serve.
Send the date and the venue. You’ll get availability, a quote and a menu built for your event — usually the same day.
