Studio mornings
Post-class matcha and lattes for barre, yoga, pilates and gym members — one-off or monthly.
A pop-up coffee cart is a reason to walk in and a reason to stay. Bidaya's first-ever event was a pastry-shop pop-up in Irving, and studio and retail mornings have been a core booking since.
Takes 30 seconds. No commitment.

Every review Bidaya has ever received is a five.
Vanilla, strawberry, brown sugar cinnamon, cardamom.
Signature drinks and artwork matched to your event.
Fully self-contained cart. We bring everything.
Bidaya Coffee runs pop-up coffee carts for studios, retailers and brand activations across Dallas-Fort Worth — its first event was a pop-up in December 2024 — rated 5.0 across 22 Google reviews.
One-off or recurring, the cart turns a morning into an event.
A pop-up coffee cart does two things for a studio, a shop or a brand: it pulls people through the door, and it gives them something to hold while they look around. Bidaya's cart sets up inside or just outside the space, pours lattes, matcha and chai to order, and prints a menu with the host's branding on it.
The format started the business. Bidaya's first event, in December 2024, was a pop-up hosted by a pastry shop in Irving; since then the cart has run recurring mornings for a Coppell fitness studio, a wellness studio pop-up in Flower Mound, a pop-up market in Denton and a yoga-and-coffee morning in Dallas.
Recurring bookings are welcome and simple to set up. A monthly studio morning or a weekly retail pop-up gets the same cart, the same barista and a menu that can change with the season.

Fitness and wellness studios are Bidaya's most regular pop-up clients. A post-class iced matcha or latte is the reason members stay for twenty minutes after the session instead of leaving, and a recurring cart morning becomes part of the studio's calendar. Bidaya has run recurring mornings for a Coppell barre studio and served yoga and pilates events across Dallas.
The cart fits a studio lobby or a corner of the floor, needs power and a level spot, and is ready to serve about an hour after it rolls in.
For a shop opening, a product launch or a brand activation the coffee cart is the draw and the branded menu is the takeaway. Guests come for the free latte, stay for the room, and leave with a photo of a cup that has the brand on the menu behind it.
Markets work the same way. The cart is fully self-contained, so a weekend pop-up market or a community day needs no hookup from the organiser.

Yes — recurring studio and retail mornings are a core Bidaya booking. Tell us the cadence in the quote form and Jannah will set the schedule.
Yes. The printed menu is designed per event and can carry your logo, a signature drink named for the brand, and artwork to match.
It is priced per event, based on guest count, the hours of service and the menu you choose — there is no fixed package price to quote blind. Send your date, venue and headcount through the quote form and Jannah will reply with a price, usually the same day.
A level spot for the cart to stand and access to power. The espresso machine, grinder, syrups, milk, cups and the barista all arrive with us, so there is nothing for the venue's kitchen to do. Setup takes about an hour, and we plan the load-in around your parking and access.
Pop-up coffee cart is available across the whole Dallas-Fort Worth service area: Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Garland, Grand Prairie, Denton, Carrollton, Lewisville, Flower Mound and every other city we serve.
Send the date and the venue. You’ll get availability, a quote and a menu built for your event — usually the same day.
