Southlake, Texas
The coffee experience your Southlake event guests remember
Espresso, matcha and chai made fresh on site by a barista — with a menu shaped around your occasion, not pulled off a shelf.
Most Southlake events treat coffee as a box to tick. A mobile espresso bar changes the shape of the room — it gives people somewhere to gather and something in their hand that was made thirty seconds ago.
Whether you searched for a mobile coffee bar, a barista for hire or a matcha cart in Southlake, the answer is one cart, one barista, and espresso, matcha, chai and hot chocolate made to order.
We cover Southlake and the surrounding Tarrant County. The cart is fully self-contained, so the venue only has to provide a place to stand and access to power — the espresso machine, grinder, syrups, milk, cups and barista all arrive with us.
Whether the venue sits near Dragon Stadium or Mustang-Panther Stadium, setup is the same and takes about an hour. Tell us the load-in, the parking situation and the time you want service to start, and we plan around it.
Most of what we do in Southlake falls into three buckets: weddings and private celebrations, corporate and office events, and pop-ups for studios and shops. The cart works the same at all three — the difference is the menu, the timing, and how many guests you need served in the window you have.
Load-in is the thing worth telling us early. A Southlake venue with a service lift and a loading bay is a different setup from a backyard with a side gate, and both are fine — we just plan the arrival differently. Event halls, studio floors, offices and backyards all work — anywhere in Tarrant County, whether that's out toward Mustang-Panther Stadium or CTMS Stadium.

Questions
Coffee catering in Southlake: your questions answered
Do you serve Southlake?
Yes — Southlake sits inside Bidaya's Dallas-Fort Worth service radius. We also cover Grapevine, Keller, Flower Mound and the wider metroplex. Send your date and venue through the quote form and Jannah will confirm availability.
How much space does the coffee cart need at a Southlake venue?
The cart is self-contained and compact enough for indoor and outdoor setups. It needs a level spot to stand and access to power. If your Southlake venue has a tight load-in, awkward parking or a lift to negotiate, tell us in advance and we'll plan the setup around it.
Can I hire a barista for an event in Southlake?
Yes. Bidaya is a barista for hire with the coffee bar included — the cart, commercial espresso machine, grinder, homemade syrups and cups all come with the barista. Book the service window you need and the barista makes every drink to order for your Southlake guests.
Do you offer a matcha cart or chai cart in Southlake?
Yes — matcha lattes and chai lattes are on the standing menu, hot or iced, served from the same cart as the espresso. For a Southlake event where matcha is the headline, we can lead the printed menu with matcha and chai and keep coffee as the second option.
How much does it cost to rent a coffee cart in Southlake?
Coffee cart rental in Southlake is priced per event, based on guest count, service hours and the menu you want. The cart always comes staffed. Send your date, venue and headcount through the quote form and Jannah will reply with a price for anywhere in Tarrant County.
How do I book the coffee cart?
Send the event date, location, and rough guest count through the quote form. Jannah replies personally with availability and a quote — clients consistently describe her as fast and easy to reach.
What drinks does the coffee cart serve?
Hot and iced espresso drinks — lattes, matcha lattes, and chai lattes — plus Dutch hot chocolate. The syrups are made in house: vanilla, strawberry, brown sugar cinnamon, and cardamom brown sugar. Whole milk and oat milk are both on the cart, and every drink is pulled to order by a barista rather than batched ahead.
What kinds of events do you serve?
Weddings, baby showers, birthday celebrations, graduations and senior nights, school and staff appreciation mornings, corporate open houses, studio and retail pop-ups, and community markets. Bidaya has served all of these across Dallas-Fort Worth since December 2024.
