The coffee experience your Richardson event guests remember
Espresso, matcha and chai made fresh on site by a barista — with a menu shaped around your occasion, not pulled off a shelf.
Bringing a coffee cart into a Richardson event is less about caffeine than about the moment it creates. Guests queue, talk, and come back — which is exactly what a drink poured to order does that an airpot cannot.
Call it a coffee cart rental, an espresso cart or a mobile barista service — in Richardson it is the same self-contained cart, always staffed, with the whole drink menu on board.
We travel across Dallas County — Vickery Meadows, Whispering Hills, North Lake Highlands and the rest of Richardson. The cart is fully self-contained, so it works the same in a ballroom, an office lobby, a studio or a backyard: it needs a spot to stand and access to power, and we bring everything else.
Whether the venue sits near Heritage Farmstead Museum or Eisemann Center, setup is the same and takes about an hour. Tell us the load-in, the parking situation and the time you want service to start, and we plan around it.
Most of what we do in Richardson falls into three buckets: weddings and private celebrations, corporate and office events, and pop-ups for studios and shops. The cart works the same at all three — the difference is the menu, the timing, and how many guests you need served in the window you have.
Inside Richardson itself the cart travels to Vickery Meadows, Whispering Hills, North Lake Highlands, SpringPark and everywhere between — Dallas County is a single service area for us, not a set of zones with different fees.
We ask three things about a Richardson venue: where we can park to unload, how far the cart has to travel from there, and where the nearest power outlet is. Answer those and the rest is ours. Event halls, studio floors, offices and backyards all work — anywhere in Dallas County, whether that's out toward Eisemann Center or Cottonwood Park.

Questions
Coffee catering in Richardson: your questions answered
Do you serve Richardson?
Yes — Richardson sits inside Bidaya's Dallas-Fort Worth service radius. We also cover Plano, Garland, Dallas and the wider metroplex. Send your date and venue through the quote form and Jannah will confirm availability.
How much space does the coffee cart need at a Richardson venue?
The cart is self-contained and compact enough for indoor and outdoor setups. It needs a level spot to stand and access to power. If your Richardson venue has a tight load-in, awkward parking or a lift to negotiate, tell us in advance and we'll plan the setup around it.
Can I hire a barista for an event in Richardson?
Yes. Bidaya is a barista for hire with the coffee bar included — the cart, commercial espresso machine, grinder, homemade syrups and cups all come with the barista. Book the service window you need and the barista makes every drink to order for your Richardson guests.
Do you offer a matcha cart or chai cart in Richardson?
Yes — matcha lattes and chai lattes are on the standing menu, hot or iced, served from the same cart as the espresso. For a Richardson event where matcha is the headline, we can lead the printed menu with matcha and chai and keep coffee as the second option.
How much does it cost to rent a coffee cart in Richardson?
Coffee cart rental in Richardson is priced per event, based on guest count, service hours and the menu you want. The cart always comes staffed. Send your date, venue and headcount through the quote form and Jannah will reply with a price for anywhere in Dallas County.
What drinks does the coffee cart serve?
Hot and iced espresso drinks — lattes, matcha lattes, and chai lattes — plus Dutch hot chocolate. The syrups are made in house: vanilla, strawberry, brown sugar cinnamon, and cardamom brown sugar. Whole milk and oat milk are both on the cart, and every drink is pulled to order by a barista rather than batched ahead.
What kinds of events do you serve?
Weddings, baby showers, birthday celebrations, graduations and senior nights, school and staff appreciation mornings, corporate open houses, studio and retail pop-ups, and community markets. Bidaya has served all of these across Dallas-Fort Worth since December 2024.
Can you customize the menu for our event?
Yes, and it's the part guests remember. Bidaya designs a printed menu for the occasion — signature drinks named for the guest of honor, artwork matched to the party's theme, and the drink list built around what you actually want served.
